Jumping 1 over a height 2 gap

Hello, A unit with speed 2 and JUMP 1 find its way onto a plateform at height 2. Can it moves to another plateform at the same height and within a move 2 distance, crossing over a height 2 gap in the process ? (pic attached for clarity) Thanks for your help.

Hi ! What is the timing to use the Treacherous talent ? Is it during the Modify defense step ? Neutralize results step ? At any point during the attack ? Thanks.
