  1. Hello, can Kickback pilot (from Siege of Coruscant) do a tonel, then apply its pilot hability to make a white target lock (gainning astrain token for it) and then perform a red evade as a linked action as depicted in its action bar (after a barrell roll he already did)? For me the answer is clearly NO since it is not a consecutive barrell roll and evade since he did target lock in the middle, but some colleagues say the action is added to the queue... but honestly for me does not make sense to have a pilot doing 3 actions. In any case an official clarification would be helpful. Thank you. Mario.
  2. Cad Bane pilot ability states he can do an action (even while stressed) if a nearby friendly ship dies. Can he do linked actions? I mean he does a white action and then a red linked action? because rules says what happens when a stressed ship try to do a red maneuver (2 white straight maneuver instead) but nothing about trying to do a red action while stressed. I understand he gets an additional stress because of the red action but is able to do it. Thank you.
  3. I noticed this post asking about firing arcs and hotshot tail blaster. Taking that into account it may happen: 1) - A ship with outmaneuver can use it when i front of a ship with only a ion cannon arc (like a jumpaster and having turret pointing somewhere else) - FO whisper Wrath with ion cannons and rotating arc behind could suffer outmaneuver from an enemy 2) - A jumpmaster with notorious would not apply it in case someone shots him by the front arc while using a ion cannon (and having turret pointing somewhere else) So does this make sense? because sounds good to me in case of a proton torpedoes or hotshot blaster, but not for a cannon. A cannon IMHO should be an attack arc to be considered in those situations. So really those hipotetical sitations should be resolved as the mentioned forum thread resolves? I dont understand why a cannon is different than a turret in those situations...
  4. In case a ship is with grappling struts open on an asteroid and it is ionized as a result of an attack, how does the next turn resolve? You may pick any maneuver from the dial? When the ship activates if the ship selected whatever but not a 2 straight, you skip execute maneuver so you skip doing ion maneuver. Then you turn or stay depending on what was selected. Then being a robot cannot do focus action, so its ionized, cannot do calculates... If the selected maneuver is a 2 stright, then it has to resolver the ionized maneuver, a 1 blue straight. In that case, what happens if the ship still overlapping the asteroid, what happens? can flip grappling card twice to avoid suffer asteroid consecuences?
  5. Hello, I already heard about the officila solution with the sticker pdf you are providing. (dunno if yet available anyway) But my question is about official tournaments since judges check damage deck, cards have to be originals (not copies), official dice, etc... So how is possible that I have to trust somebody about how he/she pasted the sticker over the cardboard, is it straight, correct position? what about people who is talking about paint the arc or people who is buying fan-made cardboard with correction. Which solution/s will be the ones allowed for official prime tournaments? This is a very important thing to clarify IMHO. Thank you.
  6. Sorry i meant attacker shot at range 2, and target is also in attackers bulleye but at range 3
  7. How should i solve this? Attacker uses autoblaster at range 3 but enemy is at bulleyes but at range 3. So that is out of weapons effective range so I am not sure if it is legal to gain the extra dice because of autoblaster special skill. thank you
  8. Hello, as depicted in any ETA2 pilot card, there are 2 principal weapon values, one for bullseye 3 dice and one for frontal arc 2 dice. So in the situation ETA2 is at range 1 of an enemy but in range 2 when measuring from bullseye, that means, enemy is in bulleyes but range 2, but at the same time the enemy is at range 1 considereing fonrtal arc. So is then this a situation for a 4 dice attack? From my point of view it looks like 2 different weapons so if you you choose bullseye you only measure from that ar for this attack, so that implies to start with 3 attack dice as base but being range 2 for that wepon, it remains as a 3 dice attack. Other colleagues say that both values are principal weapondry so it is a 4 dice attack. My answer was why not to put that as a text hability, I mean to have an extra dice as a ship card text hability when firing fro the bullseye instead of depict two wepon arcs in the ship. Sadly other ships havent two firing arcs which overlaps, so we cannot compare this kind of situation and we felt is better to ask this to comunity or even designers.
