Additional thoughts: Emergency Deployment is a game effect that must happen first, allowing/forcing Hopeful to happen second.

Is it possible to trigger Hopeful on a sheathipede or attack shuttle when they emergency deploy from a destroyed VCX-100? Basically do Emergency Deployment and Hopeful share the same timing window?
