  1. So Dooku defending from an attack is not the same event as the attack that Dooku was defending from? E.G. Anakin targets Dooku with a melee attack. Dooku is defending (defined at step 3A) and can use Surely You Can Do Better during step 6A(II). The attack proceeds and there are no hit success in the attack. During step 10D Dooku uses Twice the Pride Double the Fall. Is this legal even though both abilities were used during the same attack which from your previous ruling was ruled as "One event?"
  2. The point I'm asking about is the situation where Dooku uses Twice the Pride after an attack that targeted Dooku due to the fact that Dooku is allied to himself. If Dooku had already used Surely You Can Do Better in step 6A(II), I'm assuming you can now not use Twice the Pride in Step 10D since this would be, as you have said "One triggering event."
  3. For clarity, Coordinated Fire happens at 3b correct? "3. Choose an eligible target (In Range (G) or Engaged). A. The character that is making the attack is the attacker. The target of the attack is the defender. B. Resolve effects that trigger when a character is targeted, starting with the attacker." Since the only event at step 5 is "Roll initial dice." Also this ruling means no character Anakin cannot use "Im gonnna end this" on the same attack a clone used coordinated fire? OR Captain Rex cannot use I'm Always First on the same attack as a coordinated fire? OR Mace Windu cannot use Tempered Aggression on the same attack as a coordinated fire?
  4. Some previous questions have gotten close to asking this but I was hoping to get a specific ruling for this situation. If I draw a unit and pay the 1 Force to reserve that unit and the next card drawn is the Shatterpoint card am I able to pay 1 Force and shuffle the Shatterpoint card back into my order deck or do I have to play the Shatterpoint card this activation?
  5. So the wording "one character in that unit may heal for each hunker removed" means one character per hunker token, not one heal per hunker token? And if that is so does that mean a single character unit like Anakin would only have one available character to choose under this identity, so no matter how many hunker tokens he removes, Anakin could only heal once? Or can you choose the same character multiple times in a unit?
  6. Obi-wan's identity, Knowledge and Defense would only allow one character in a two character support unit to move, correct? e.g. One character of the 501st is the target of an attack and the unit has 2 hunker tokens on it. After the attack is resolved the defending player triggers General Obi-wan's identity and the 501st Unit removes both hunker tokens. One character in that unit then Heals twice, removing a total combination of two damage or conditions. Heal says: "The affected character may remove one condition or one damage from its Unit or another allied Unit within Range 2." So the character is healing not the unit, so according to Knowledge and Defense: (...each character that heal may dash) only the one character chosen who healed will get to dash. Is this correct?
  7. Hello, I was hoping for some clarification on the wording of Two More Shall Rise. The card says: "Choose 2 allied characters with Hydra or Cabal leadership abilities. Both chosen characters' leadership abilities become active." My question is can you use this card if you only have one legal target (one character with a Hydra or Cabal leadership) on your team, or is this card only playable with two characters? The wording doesn't say "up to two" so I was unsure. Thanks.
  8. How does the timing work between an enemy character using a charge super power ending their movement within range 2 of an allied Heimdall? Does the enemy character have to attack and complete their charge super power ability before Heimdall can use “forefend,” or is there a window of time between the enemy’s move and attack where Heimdall can use “forefend?”
  9. Thank you. Could you please specify where in the rules it states that you cannot trigger the activation of multiple other characters in the same activation?
  10. I wanted to get some clarification on a previous ruling because the answer seemed a little vague. If I understood the question and answer correctly, the player would not be able to both use Partners in Crime and play Follow Me by Sin in the same activation because both the super power and the tactic card state "At the end of this character's activation.." And only one "end of the character's activation" effect can take place per activation. But based on that wording it would be legal for Sin to take both actions, then use Partners in Crime to allow the player to activate Crossbones on this same turn. Then at the end of Crossbone's activation, he could play Follow Me targeting Proxima Midnight. After Proxima Midnight takes both actions she could also then use the Wife of Corvus Glaive super power allowing the player to also activate Corvus Glaive. Each effect would take place during a unique "end of this character's activation" trigger. Would this be legal?
