When do players reveal their objectives? Can the second player know what objectives the first player had chosen for his fleet? Thanks!!

When squadrons attack with the assistance of Major Rhymer, and the attack is obstructed(by ship, obstacles, or card effect), do they remove one die?

Can I voluntarily eliminate or not deploy my ship or squadron during set up? For strategic purposes... If so, what happen to them? Are they counted as destroyed (and added to my opponent's score)?

Can I move an objective tokens out of the play area? Or what about an obstacle? Thanks!
