The CIS command card Surprise Attack says: "BX-Series Commando Droids in this squad gain Bound this round. (When this unit makes a move action, it ignores other miniatures and terrain that is height 2 or lower.)" Does this mean that units cannot move through other trooper miniatures, as is the case in the full game?

Does this mean that a Dewback (for example) can make a melee attack from Relentless and then Withdraw?
