Enhanced Jamming Suite reads "While you jam, you can choose yourself or another friendly ship." My question: If I attempt a jam action, and no enemy ship is in range, must I then choose myself (or another friendly ship) instead, or can I fail the action? (Checking because Composure might be very good on the TIE Whispers).
