The banned/restricted card list is explained in the rules document as a portion of list building restrictions, and is not mentioned anywhere else within the rules. Currently, inertial dampeners is banned in standard and there are no restricted cards. We have seen other cards that allow for typically 'illegal' loadouts, like Cikatro Vizago or Agent Terex, so I thought this is worth asking. Would the Razor Crest title allow for inertial dampeners? Or a 5th restricted upgrade card if there were restricted cards?

If a ship equipped with Chopper crew is granted an ability to perform actions while stressed from another source.. (examples) Ahsoka A-Wing pilot ability Sheathipede AP-5 Pilot Ability and Coordinate Contraband Cybernetics Afterburners Is that ship forced to suffer damage from the effects of Chopper crew? Or is the damage from Chopper crew only incurred when using the card to perform 1 action in the perform action step?
