Round 1, draw any unit and decide to reserve them. Immediately flip and activate 2nd unit. New round, decide to go to my order stack, pull B1s. Can B1s be 'reserved' to the bottom of the stack, using "Well, I guess I'm in charge, now" since that card isn't going into reserve? Or can you not use any reserve ability while there is a card reserved?

Haven't been able to find consensus; when a ship overlaps or lands on a Chaff cloud, and is given a jam, which player decides "what" to Jam, in the case of multiple options?
