In the Fire Lanes mission, can you place all the objective tokens on top of each other?

When a ship with both projection experts and repair crews resolves an engineering command and also has a token, can they resolve both? Use the engineering command on the projection experts and then use the token to trigger repair crews? As tokens must be spent at the same time as the command so they cannot be split over two effects? Or because repair crews cancels all other engineering points? (or both)

Can a ship with Projection Experts move two shields to another ships hull zone which has no shields and has the Capacitor Failure damage card?
