Does Dead to Rights prevent the use of abilities, where it is not the defending ship spending a token to modify defense dice? E.G. Naboo Handmaiden's Decoyed condition Does it prevent abilities that require the existence of a green token, but not spending? E.g. Cad Bane can't use Juke to modify defender's green dice, as it would '"use" his evade token
