Hello, Regarding Moff Gideon's 2-pip, You Have Something I Want, the card says "After orders have been issued," does that mean after both players have issued their orders, or just Moff Gideon's orders? For example, if Moff Gideon wins priority and issues his orders, the Dark Troopers immediately teleport to the target location with their tokens. Afterwards, the other player issues their orders. Is that right? TIA!
