Am I reading the Climbing entry correct in that it allows you to perform a speed 1 move up to height 1, allowing you to get on top of say, a building, or a large enough wall that a mini could fit on, but it doesn't allow you to just jump over a height 1 wall? Because that would be changing your height twice?
