Since the starter packs come with standard loadouts (SLs) that simply use existing pilots and upgrades, can we build those SLs using the individual cards while still calling it the "standard loadout" for cost purposes, or will we be required to have the physical SL cards that comes from the starter pack in order to fly the starter SLs?

When measuring range to the exhaust port in the Battle of Yavin, do we measure range to the edge of the exhaust port marker, or do we measure to the little visible exhaust port in the centre of the marker?
