Hi, I'm a bit confused over this leadership. Can you please clarify whether, when Emma uses the leadership, both allied characters contesting or holding objective tokens and characters not contesting or holding objective tokens are effected. Or does Emma choose between the two groups that are effected? I've heard it explained both ways. thanks
