Correct. Trip Up is played during step 2c against the target of the attack at that time. In the situation described, after Trip Up is played on the character that is the target, the defending player changes the target of the attack. Trip Up was played on the first character, not the second so its effect doesn’t move to the new target.

Yes. If he attempts to gain the Exposed condition, he will take damage instead. -
Life Drain and Coordinated Fire
Negoldar replied to Samuel Sweeten's topic in Star Wars: Shatterpoint Rules Questions
That is correct. Both are Reactive abilities that trigger off an attack. -
When the current turn ends, the game ends. As per the Appendix A timing chart for Taking a Turn, Objective control is checked before setting up the next Struggle then the new Struggle is selected and setup before the current turn ends. This means there will be no objectives currently controlled, so you will immediately move to the second tiebreaker.

Losing the Exposed condition
Negoldar replied to Don's topic in Star Wars: Shatterpoint Rules Questions
Yes. Removing the Exposed condition does not require there to be Expertise results to remove from the defense roll. -
Fitting "inside" terrain
Negoldar replied to ryfterek's topic in Star Wars: Shatterpoint Rules Questions
Terrain features should be defined by opponents before the game starts to determine how they will be played. Based on your description: If the character does not fit in the location it would end movement in, it cannot end there. If the character does not fit on the terrain feature, it cannot end a movement there. It can be either depending on the nature of the terrain feature in question and how players define the terrain feature. -

Gore and legal placement
Negoldar replied to DanLeCull's topic in Marvel: Crisis Protocol Rules Questions
You and your opponents will need to work together to determine the best way to do this keeping the Margin of Error rule in mind. A Watcher at an event would also be able to assist. -

Interrogate ruling clarification.
Negoldar replied to BProxy's topic in Marvel: Crisis Protocol Rules Questions
It is a special rule. Paranoia Pummels Populace does not contradict the rules regarding Dazed characters not counting for scoring. The Dazed rules saying they cannot contribute to scoring still applies. -
