Hello, Cohesion is part of a move - so the player moving the unit leader would also place other miniatures in the unit in cohesion as normal. No. A unit leader needs to move into base to base contact with an enemy miniature to start a melee engagement. Cohering a miniature cannot start an engagement. TP

Hello, The upgrade card would still be exhausted in this case. Experimental droids surge tokens “at range 3”
TalkPolite replied to maverick4538's topic in Star Wars: Legion Rules Questions
Hello, If only a single number is shown, then that is the maximum range for that effect. Additionally, an object is "at" a range of another object if any portion of it is inside that range as measured by the range tool. Hope that helps! TP- 1 reply

Clone commandos/priority mission tokens
TalkPolite replied to Obi10's topic in Star Wars: Legion Rules Questions
Hello, Complete The Mission states: "During Setup, for each friendly unit with the Complete the Mission keyword, place a friendly priority mission token on the battlefield not within any deployment zone." Yes. A priority mission token is placed for EACH friendly Clone Commando unit in your list. No. A Clone Commando unit gains Critical 2 for being at range of "a" priority mission token. Being in range of multiple tokens will not generate additional benefits. Yes. The tokens are not unique, so any friendly Clone Commando units will benefit from friendly priority mission tokens. No. As per the Complete The Mission entry, you only gain the positive/negative effects from being at range of a FRIENDLY priority mission token. An enemy Clone Commando unit will therefore not gain the benefits of being at range 1 of a friendly priority mission token. Hope that helps! TP- 1 reply

Hello, The Observation Token entry states: "As a card action or free card action, a unit with the Observe X keyword can choose an enemy unit at range 1–3 and in LOS." Therefore, Cody would be able to use the Observe X action on an enemy unit in range that was engaged with another trooper unit. Hope that helps! TP- 1 reply
