  1. Hello, The rules state while the support unit is in base-to-base the token flips to the inactive side. Once the support unit is no longer base-to-base the token returns to its active side. TP
  2. Hello, The Darktroopers with “Programmed Loyalty” can only be ordered by units with the rank of Commander. A unit promoted to commander would be able to order them. If you issue an order to the Darktroopers via comms relay, it would have to be from a commander ranked unit, as the order is considered to originate from the unit with Comms relay. TP
  3. Hello, No. The compulsory move is “when you activate”, which means it happens at the start of your activation. TP
  4. Hello, You may indeed nominate an enemy unit per the text of A Simple Man, which does not specify only friendly units may be targeted by the asked effect. However, as it does not specify that "you" (meaning Boba Fett; or rather, Boba Fett's controlling player) perform the speed-1 move, the controlling player will the the one performing the move with their targeted unit. For contrast, see cards like Force Push, You Serve Your Master Well, or You Disappoint Me for examples of card effects that allow you to perform a move with an opposing unit. TP
  5. Hello, What type of terrain are they overhanging? They are troopers, so no if it’s Obstacle, yes if it’s Area or Scatter as per other troopers. TP
  6. Hello, You cannot embark with a claimed objective token. You cannot claim while in a transport. TP
  7. Hello, The Darksaber has Sidearm: Melee, Ranged. This means that Maul must use it for all Melee and Ranged attacks while the upgrade is equipped. You could not use his Double-Bladed Lightsaber. TP
  8. Hello, Because a barricade is not a vehicle or creature trooper unit, it does not displace when placed on the battlefield via "Force Lift". TP
  9. Hello, Danger Sense in the Core Rulesbook states: While a unit with the Danger Sense X keyword is defending against an attack, it rolls one extra defense die for every suppression token it has, up to X additional dice. Because it is not a may, you must roll extra dice. TP
  10. Hello, You can pivot twice during your activation. See above. TP
  11. Hello, Yes. Fixed: Front only effects the ability to target a defender when the unit makes an attack action. Note that nothing states you have to use an attack action gained by spending a standby token against the unit that triggered it. TP
  12. When searching the forum, you will find the most success by making use of the tag system. If you are questioning an interaction with a specific rule, searching the forum or finding a post related to that rule will allow you to see the tags that have been applied to that post. You can see below the first post has tags related to B1 Battle Droid units. If at this point you click on either of those tags, you will bring up all posts that also have that tag. We try to ensure all posts have any tags relevant to the main topic of the thread, which quickly allows you to pull up most if not all topics that may be touching on your question. Note that the tag system crosses all game systems, so you may see questions from other game systems that have tags with overlapping names. Make note of the forum listed under the topic name to ensure you are viewing a post for the correct game system. When searching the forum, if searching from a PC version of the website, you are also able to tailor the search box to search specifically the Star Wars: Legion forum. If within this specific forum, you can select a drop down bar on the right side of the search field and select "this forum".
  13. Hello, You cannot deploy in base contact with an enemy unit or move into base contact with an enemy unit during deployment (Page 19 of the Core Rulebook). TP
  14. Hello, Per its entry in the Core Rulebook, Makashi Mastery prevents the use of both Immune: Pierce and Impervious. TP
  15. Hello, When you withdraw you cannot enter the same engagement you just left. A unit that spends a standby to perform a move action is not withdrawing, and can therefore re-engage a unit that just withdraw from it. TP
  16. Hello, Correct. Any weapon with a maximum range of 1 cannot be used against a unit with Immune: Range 1 Weapons. TP
  17. Hey there, Because Saber Throw is a card action, you cannot use it twice in the same activation, even when you have played "Son of Skywalker". TP
  18. Hello, If you take the wound to make an attack, and that wound would defeat Palpatine, the attack is not made as Palpatine is defeated before he can attack. TP
  19. Hello, You need to take one Shoretrooper, Stormtrooper, Deathtrooper, and Scout unit before you can add a second unit of that rank. TP
  20. Hello, Your maximum speed is reduced by 1 for each immobilize token you have. If you have a number of Immobilize tokens equal to your speed, you cannot make move actions. You still make a compulsory move, and it is reduced by the number of tokens you have. TP
  21. Hello, As long as both attack pool targets have an observation token, yes. TP
