Quick Question want to confirm: The promotional unit cards released at the 2023 Adepticon are significantly larger than standard sized cards (approx 7x12 cm) . Are these unit cards legal to use as a unit card under the official Galactic Conquest event rules?

So I understand that when using the additional attacks from a Beam X weapon, each defending unit must be at range 1 of the unit previously targeted. But when in the attack timing does the measurement happen? I ask because it matters if it happens before or after removing defeated minis from the unit targetted first. I can't tell if I do the measurement during "3. Declare Additional Defender" or "11. Choose Additional Attack Pool". The first would mean measuring the distance and determining eligibility for secondary attacks before removing any minis, the latter seems like it would mean measuring distance and determining eligibility after removing minis. And obviously removing minis makes it less likely for the second unit to be at range 1 of the first.

I know that Commanding Presence increases the order issuing range of Entourage. Does it all increase the issuing range of Direct?

If I equip Inspiring Presence on an operative, can I use the that operative's courage (instead of a commander rank unit) for friendly panic checks within the range?

The Galactic Conquest Events (tournament) rules say "Proxies of cards are not allowed." What is a proxy card, particularly with respect to the "print and play" cards?
