Hello! iam wondering about the interaction between codys 3 pip combined arms and the rules for disembark/ embark. Rules for Embark / disembark :A trooper unit may make a speed-1 embark or disembark move during a move action instead of making another movement. Rules for Disembark: To disembark, a unit that is being transported may perform a disembark move during a move action instead of making another movement. Does this mean that since Codys 3 pip offers a free speed 1 move provided other conditions are met, they may instead take a disembark or embark action instead of the speed 1 move?

Hello, It is stated in the rulebook on page 19 that if a unit is not in cohesion for whatever reason, its next action must be a move action that ends in cohesion. How does this interact with moves that end in two trooper units being engaged, but one unit is not able to place all minis in cohesion? For instance, Captain Rex is on a ledge, and an ewok unit climbs onto the ledge into base contact with Rex, but there is only space for 1 other model on the ledge, so the other miniatures are placed on the mat which is lower than a silhouette height but as close as possible to the unit leader. The ewoks then wish to perform a melee attack. Can they do this, since performing a move action that ends in cohesion is impossible to perform? Thanks.

Hello, I wanted to ask to be sure but if a model has a senator (mutant extremists target US Senators), can they move then charge as the second action? The way it’s worded I thought no, it says you make a move action in the text. But my opponent said the super just says action. thanks

Can a trooper make a standard move across a gap between two columns that are taller than a trooper silhouette that are separate terrain pieces. Does it change anything if the columns are part of the same terrain? A picture is included. Thanks so much

Hey there, so Dooku's ability Leader of the Separatist Army goes off I move him, and say General Grevious. Now I've also got MagnaGuards does their Protection Protocols trigger due to the dash from LotSP? What about General Grevious's Scuttle ability, would that trigger their Protection Protocols?

Agile states The Agile X keyword allows a unit to gain a number of dodge tokens equal to X each time it performs a standard move as part of an action or free action So if a unit with agile gets force pushed it performs a speed one move. That move that it has performed is part of the free action force push. So shouldn't the unit with agile gain a Dodge token? I ask for clarification because the ruling below states that force push is a non action standard move and doesn't trigger agile. This just seems counter intuitive to me because a unit with agile that gets forced push is making a standard move and that move is part of a free action.

Hello, Can units such as the Geonosian Warriors perform an overrun attack outside of their activation? For example, when Sun Fac's 1 pip Brutal Enforcer is played, can the Geonosian Warriors who perform the >> Jump 3 use that standard move to make an overrun attack? Some may argue that the wording "A unit may make X overrun attacks during its activation", under the Overrun entry, may mean that no units may perform overrun attacks outside their own activation. Thanks!

Hello, I tried to find this on the forums and CRB, but wasn't able to anywhere. So the core rules specify that units who are engaged cannot be displaced, and so ground vehicles and notched troopers cannot move through them or end their move on them. But what about small base troopers? Can they move through a melee so long as they don't end overlapping or in base contact? The way that a repulsor vehicle might?

When a unit has two actions and uses its first move to get into base contact with a Closed Transport, it can use its second move to embark. Q1) If the first move also makes the unit engaged, and the unit has charge/relentless, can they make the (free) attack and then embark? Q2) Similar situation, but with Steady - could they move to base contact, take the Steady shot, then Embark? Thank you

Howdy! In the new Wookiee Defender Battleforce we can meet the situation when a unit with a HOSTAGE and BATTLE SHIELD has speed 0. In that case, that unit would be affected by a rule:"The first time a miniature in each Wookiee Trooper unit is defeated each round, that unit may make a speed-1 move." or that works similar to immobilize tokens described here ? The same question about that unit with 0 speed and force push or other move-X effects
