AI: Action says a unit “must perform one of the actions listed as its first action.” Can a unit choose to perform zero actions instead, and therefore avoid performing the listed action? For example, if a unit of B1s doesn’t want to attack because of a nearby enemy unit with Deflect, can the B1s choose to perform zero actions?

If a b2 unit with the exhaustable heavy activates without an order and has to perform an attack action, but the nearest enemy unit is range 3, is the use of the HA a must, or can it choose to not use the heavy weapon.

Does the AI action kick in before or after the free action to spend the surge token? For example, can a Magna unit spend a surge to increase its movement speed before taking its AI move action?

Hello ! I need some precisions about the wheel mode with Droidekas and how it deals with AI. I understand that I choose to use or not the wheel mode "at the start of its activation". If I choose the wheel mode, I understand that I can ignore the AI: Attack at the "perform action step", even without Order token, because I'm already in wheel mode since the "resolve any abilities or Effects" that occurs before the "Rallying step". Is it correct ? Thank you for your help on this !
