  1. Just for follow up clarification. As it can effect a veh that doesn't displace as it moves and instead only displaces at the end of a compulsory move, in speeder bikes. Do you effect all or do you choose one, or would it only effect the first under the assumption that you would have hit it first.
  2. The card stated that the first time a vehicle with face up token displace enemy unit, I can roll dice to deal dmg to them. But it didn’t say how many enemy unit can be affect from this. For example: If I move a vehicle through 3 any units, do I deal dmg to all of them? Or only to the first enemy unit I run into.
  3. If I have a friendly unit with a standby and another friendly unit displaces an enemy unit and after the displacement is finished the enemy unit is at range 2 of my friendly unit with a standby would I be able to use the standby?
  4. Let's say there's a flat topped building that is above height 1 but below height 2. The roof is small and only has room for a couple of infantry. There are some infantry deployed onto the top of that building, but they cannot climb down to a lower point. The building is a sheer sided rectangle. What happens if I use an AT-RT with expert climber to climb up to the top of the building and displace those infantry, if the roof is small enough that only the base of the AT-RT can fit there and there is nowhere to put all or most of the infantry? Are they displaced off of the height 2 building? Is the AT-RT not allowed to climb up even though it is a bigger vehicle? Thanks
  5. If there is a vehicle overhanging a piece of terrain and there is a trooper unit on the ground that is overlapped by it are the troopers displaced? Is there a certain height in which they would or would not be displaced?
  6. Given: 1. A unit of Troopers is on a piece of terrain that has a height requiring a Climb from the terrain to the table. 2. Those Troopers are Displaced. 3. The only legal placement, after Displacement, is on the table. I assume that the Speed-1 movement tool is used as a measurement tool as opposed to a movement tool. The Trooper Leader is not making a Speed-1 Move (which a Climb would be illegal), it is being placed at Speed-1 from its current location. If true, the measurement will be in 2D as opposed to 3D and it would be legal to place the Troopers on the table. Questions: 1. Is the above statement correct? 2. Would this also hold true if the Troopers were on a Height 3 piece of terrain and the only legal placement was on the table (meaning, the distance is more than a Climb)? 3. Since we are using the movement tool as a range measuring tool, could it be placed over Impassible terrain (which is normally illegal to Move through)? 4. Since we are using the movement tool as a range measuring tool, do we need to follow the rules when using the tool, specially do you have to place the tool, " so that one end wholly touches the base of the unit’s unit leader" or can you have the base of the unit leader touch one "point" at the end of the movement tool?
  7. Per an earlier question, you confirmed that a unit with Immune: Enemy Effect (i.e. a Hostage unit during round 1) is subject to displacement and can gain a suppression in this way. For clarification, even though a unit can be displaced/gain a suppression in this way, is it still immune to enemy card effects that occur concurrently with displacement? I'm specifically looking at the Reckless Driver upgrade and Drive Them Out command card. Assuming that is correct, can you also clarify that the damage effect would be lost even if the vehicle displaces another enemy unit afterwards because it only effects the "first time" of displacement (i.e., if the Hostage unit is displaced first and is immune to the damage effects of those cards, the damage effects do not trigger on the next unit displaced by that vehicle this turn)?
  8. The card says "The first time during your activation that you displace an enemy unit,..." Deas "the first time" apply to a displacing unit or a displaced unit? Examples: When in one move you displace multiple units, does it mean, you deal damage: to the first unit, you've displaced to one of the units, you've displaced (who picks then?) you deal damage to all units you've displaced but only one time to each unit? If you displace 2 different units in 2 concurrent moves do you deal damage to both or to one only?
  9. This is edge case. An AAT displaces a unit leader such that the leader cannot be placed at a speed 1 move from the AAT (e.g. the aat center of base is directly where the unit leader was). The displacement rule says to place as close as possible. Can that unit leader be placed into melee with the AAT, fulfilling the closest possible position, or does it need to be just outside of melee?
  10. Hey there, I am placing tautaun’s unit leader with Vader’s might on the small base minis squad. Should it be displaced?
  11. Based on previous “controlling player” rulings, who would place minis after a force push causes a displacement. Step 3 of displacement reads: The opponent of the player controlling the displacing unit places all the displaced unit leaders back on the battlefield at a speed-1 move from their original positions, or as close as possible to if unable. Would the player performing the force push, place minis displaced by his opponents unit?
  12. Just need some clarification since I cannot fix a conclusion based on the rulebook. When a small base trooper unit has an actual speed of “0” due to having immobilize token(s) 1. could the unit be displaced? 2. Could it be forced to redo its cohesion due to being displaced or hit by a weapon with the [scatter] keyword? 3. If a vehicle ran into said unit’s unit leader and stopped short since the unit cannot perform any kind of move, however, displaced one or more models in the unit, does the unit gain a suppression token?
  13. My question is with regards for the speeders bikes and if both bikes in the same unit can be Used to displace units during thier compulsary move, or if its only the unit leader that can displace units. If the later is True, do you default to, "Page 23 - if for any reason you can’t place in cohesion, place as close as you can." if there is no room to place the second speeder bike in cohersion after the unit leaders initial displacement? If the former is True can you freely place the second bike (whitin cohersion) to potentially extend the displacement to units otherwise unaffected by the unit leaders displacement? Regards, Andersson.
  14. When a repulsor vehicle such as a flutter craft performs a compulsory move overlapping terrain and it’s base overlaps trooper miniatures is it only displaced if the height from the base of the trooper to the base of the repulsor is less then or equal to the height of a trooper silhouette??? Thanks
  15. Can I move my Creature Trooper: Displacing enemy unit minis, but NOT the leader: Will I be in melee with the unit? - I assume not necessarily because my oponent will decide cohesion. If I finish a movement touching the unit leader, will I be engaged? Or will the leader be displaced? Displacing the enemy unit, including the leader: Will I be in melee with the unit? - I assume not necessarily because my oponent will decide both displacement induced move and cohesion. Can I withdraw my Creature Trooper: Displacing the unit im in melee with? Displacing other units that are not engaged?
  16. I have a question about displacing troopers and starting a mele. So let’s say my creature trooper moves through a trooper mini and then ends the move in base with another mini in the same unit to start a mele. The displaced mini can’t go into base contact with the displacing model? Also. Let’s say the unit leader is the one displaced, does the unit teleport away from being in mele /base even though a mini in the unit is in base contact with the displacing unit?
  17. I a unit with infinite courage that has a standby token value is displaced, does it retain the token after it is moved? If so can the player choose not to move it to retain the token?
  18. When a unit would displace another unit with a standby token, does the standby activate before the suppression token is applied or not at all?
  19. Question: Can a unit with immune: enemy effects, such as a unit with a "Hostage" card equipped, suffer displacement from enemy units?
  20. Question: Can the effects of the scatter keyword or displacement trigger standby tokens?
  21. First off, can trooper units move through other trooper units? Pg 36: Creature Troopers, slotted base unit, can displace troopers while moving through them, but Creature Troopers can not be displaced or move through. Emplacement Troopers, slotted base unit, can not be displaced or move through. But can they move through troopers? And displace them while doing so?
