Speed X move over terrain larger than models silhouette

When doing a speed x move can the model move over terrain that is larger than the models silhouette?  Scout or you disappoint me for example.

Hello,

If said terrain is obstacle terrain & taller than a unit's silhouette, that unit may not move over or through it without performing a climb move. Abilities that provide moves (page 25), such as those quoted, are standard moves and not climb moves, and so cannot be performed to move over obstacle terrain taller than the unit's silhouette.

If it is not obstacle terrain, but scatter terrain or area terrain, then units may move through it irrespective of height unless it was determined to be Impassable.
