Dormammu - Dark Miasma

When triggering Dormammu's spender Dark Miasma ability, who is the Original Target?

 

It doesn't say anything like "this attack cannot trigger additional attacks", so we have seen Dark Diasma go off like 3 or 4 times however, we don't know if during each attack, the model being attacked is the "original target" for the wording.

The original target is the character the attack is resolving against. Dark Miasma cannot trigger against it or another character already attacked by Incantation of Obliteration this Round.
