Strain vs Mandalore Will Survive

If Bo Katan is Strained and makes a move action to advance within 2 of another allied Mandalorian, can she resolve Mandalorians Are Stronger Together and then chain into Mandalore Will Survive to heal the strain before it can trigger for damage?

She cannot. She will trigger the Strained condition before the move action is completed when the movement ends.

What if she doesn't move.

Does a move action to trigger MWS, but chooses not to do an advance, dash or climb.

That way strain will go off after the action -> so can the heal from MWS slot in before it?

If she chooses not to do the advance, dash or climb, then yes.
