Anakin's Endurance timing

If Anakin played his command card and didn't perform condition which leads to gain suppression token at the end of his activation, can he use Endurance to remove that suppression token or not?

Anakin will apply suppression, as detailed on his command cards, at the end of his activation.

The Endurance upgrade card is applied at the end of the Activation Phase, meaning after all players have activated their units and immediately prior to moving onto the End Phase.

Yes, Endurance can remove a suppression token assigned as a result of one of Anakin's command cards, as that suppression will be assigned sometime prior to the timing for the Endurance upgrade card.
