Tempest Force with Marquand

In regards Tempest Force and Marquand field commander, in blizzard force it specifically said that the field commander keyword cannot be used but it doesn’t say this in the tempest force document - does that mean if I take Marquand I don’t need to take an Imperial Officer?

Correct. The Tempest Force battle force may use the Field Commander keyword.
