wompa1
Hey there, haven't been able to find this one on the forums, hope you can help. My BX droids tossed a Dioxis charge, and my opponent marched an RT onto the token, completely covering it with the model's base. I decided not to blow up the mine at that time, as it would only hit the RT (LoS from tokens is done in reverse, from target models to token. RT can't see from top of model to token due to base, but models cannot block their own LoS). He then proceeded to march his clones within range 1 of the token. As they didn't have LoS to the token due to the RT's base, the clones could not be hit had I decided to detonate the token at that time... are we doing this correctly? Also, hypothetically, what about the repulsor tanks (AAT and Saber) parking on top of a charge token? The model would potentially block Los, but would their base not count for LoS, as other repulsors?
TalkPolite
Hey there, So you played the first scenario correctly. For your second question, you still count the base when determining if LoS is blocked to the charge token. You only ignore the base/flight stand on notched miniatures when determining cover.
