I would like to get some clarifications around deployment.

If I place my primary unit and then start placing my other units and then realise I dont like where my other units are landing. Can I change where I deploy my primary unit?

If I place my non primary unit within 1(2 or 3) depending on the unit, measure some stuff off of where I placed the unit and then realise i want it somewhere else can I deploy it somewhere else?

A note to keep in mind

When evaluating the below answers, keep in mind that we exist in a physical, imprecise world and that we are coming together for the shared enjoyment of the game. The character isn't glued to the first spot it touches the table, small corrections within the Margin of Error rules (as found within the organized play documents) are acceptable.

No.

You are not able to perform measurements off of that character until its placement is finalized, otherwise you wouldn't be following the core measurement rules found on Page 16. Measuring with a characters base that isn't in position on the table isn't an approved way of measuring (I.E. No proxy base is allowed). You also can't measure with multiple range tools at once, which would be required if you were deploying a character (From a game mechanics perspective, you can't prove that you are within a specific range without the use of the appropriate tool.)

No, for the same reasons as above.
