Ordnance + T47 Airspeeder

The T47 Airspeeder is immune to weapons with range 1. Ordnance has an effective range of range 1.

Is the T47 therefore immune to the effects of this advantage card? Or, does the Ordnance card not count as a 'range 1 weapon' and therefore still effects the Airspeeder?

The Ordnance Battle Card effect is not a weapon & it will affect the T-47 Airspeeder.
