Adro
Howdy, A non speeder notched base unit moves along the movement tool and must stop if its base would overlap obstructing/impassable terrain. For difficult terrain, the rulebook says the unit only slows if the movement tool would overlap difficult terrain. So am I right in saying that if a ground vehicle or creature trooper moves, the tool is unobstructed, but part of the base would pass over a centimetre or two of some non obstructing, very low height difficult terrain (say, some rubble, or some water), that the ground vehicle, tauntaun, etc, would still use the longest available movement tool, or would it be slowed by the difficult terrain its base passes above? Seth
Hi there, On 8/18/2024 at 4:10 AM, Adro said: For difficult terrain, the rulebook says the unit only slows if the movement tool would overlap difficult terrain. Correct. A unit is impacted by difficult terrain if its miniatures begin or end that move in difficult terrain, or if the movement tool overlaps difficult terrain when performing that move. Yes, as their movement tool is not overlapping difficult terrain, they will not be slowed by difficult terrain. Hope this helps, Seth
