Detonate outside of Activation Phase

If Sabine's Explosions! card was played during a previous round, and the thermal charge tokens are still on the table, if a unit performs a move during a subsequent command phase (from, for example, No Time for Sorrows), can Sabine use the detonate keyword after one of those moves?

Hi there,

Yes. Sabine Wren's Explosions! command card remains in play: she has the Detonate X keyword beyond the round in which the command card was played, and may use the Detonate X keyword after a unit attacks, moves, or performs an action, as described in its keyword entry. This is not restricted to moves made during the Activation Phase.
