Speed-x moves and difficult terrain

Is a speed-x move, like one on Leia's No Time for Sorrows, impacted by difficult terrain and therefore reduces the speed of the move?

Hi there,

Difficult terrain will reduce the speed of standard moves performed through it, as described in the Moving Through Terrain entry. Abilities that provide moves provide standard moves at a specified speed; these can be reduced by the effects of difficult terrain, except where specified otherwise by the game effect granting the move (such as Tempted).

Broadly speaking, yes. Note that difficult terrain reduces speed to a minimum of 1, so the speed-1 move granted by No Time for Sorrows cannot be reduced further.
