Syko Havi Posted September 7, 2024 Posted September 7, 2024 (edited) When an undeployed unit deploys, the two prongs must be on the table edge and in the deployment zone, but can the movement tool be angled (diagonally) or be adjusted at the joint, so the squad can be placed outside the deployment zone? My reading on this is that the unit, when deployed, should end their deployment action within the deployment zone, but their second action could move them outside the zone. Seth Posted September 7, 2024 Posted September 7, 2024 Hi there, On 9/7/2024 at 7:56 AM, Syko Havi said: When an undeployed unit deploys, the two prongs must be on the table edge and in the deployment zone There is no "deployment zone." The blue or red space indicated on the Map Card designates allied & enemy Territory, which may be referenced for a number of game effects such as the text on Secondary Objective battle cards, Infiltrate, Prepared Positions, and a number of other keywords. Performing a Move to Deploy is not one of these game effects. Units may Move beyond allied Territory when Deploying; they simply must have both prongs touching the edge of the battlefield within friendly Territory. Hope this helps, Seth
