Beyond friendly territory should by all models from unit or just unit leader?

Hi there,

When playing the Surface Scan Secondary Objective Card, the unit holding a Scanner token must be not within within allied Territory to be eligible to score VPs. This determination is made using all miniatures in the unit; not just the unit leader.
