LOS fire and line of vision

Hello, a question, I attach an image where it raises some doubts about the LOS, suppose that the red unit shoots at the black unit, in this case as only 2 miniatures are visible, after applying the cover and evasion tokens and their respective roll of evasion dice, but there were still 4 hits left, so the entire unit is defeated or just the miniatures that are visible?

Hi there,

As explained in the Suffering Wound and Defeating Miniatures step of the attack sequence: "When a unit suffers from a Ranged attack, if the attacker has LOS to only some of the miniatures in the defending unit, the defending unit cannot suffer Wounds greater than the total Wound threshold of miniatures are in LOS."

If only two miniatures are visible (each with, presumably, a Wound threshold of 1), then the unit may only suffer two Wounds.
