Infiltrate settings off a Standy?

If a unit infiltrates in range of a unit with a standby token, does that set off the standby or would it only go off after the infiltrating unit performs an action (assuming all conditions for standby are still met)?

Hello,

Deploying a unit using Infiltrate is not a move, attack ,or action. It will not present an opportunity for nearby enemy units to spend a standby token.
