Zeblasia Posted November 6 Posted November 6 (edited) Hello there! So, the question is as follows. The somewhat new rule on defeating upgrade cards goes as follows: "When all miniatures added by an Upgrade Card are defeated, the unit it was added to can no longer use or benefit from any rules on the Upgrade Card, with the exception of additional upgrade icons granted to the unit." Imagine if my B1 squad has a B1 Battle Droid Squad upgrade card. Does this unit needs to just lose 7 B1 models or does it needs to lose those exact 7 B1s, added by that card, in order to lose Indomitable and improved cohesion? Because, if the latter is correct, I can just choose to assign wounds to starting B1 models of this unit, then to B1 modes from squad upgrade, and only when this unit is left with no basic B1 models, it loses Indomitable and improved cohesion. Seth Posted November 6 Posted November 6 Hi there! Please refer to the latest version of the "Squad" upgrade cards, that may be found in the latest Player Cards document. Units with such an upgrade card gain Indomitable and modify their cohesion even if all miniatures added by this upgrade card are defeated, as stated on the upgrade cards. ------------------------------------------- 11 minutes ago, Zeblasia said: Imagine if my B1 squad has a B1 Battle Droid Squad upgrade card. You do not need to keep track of which B1 Battle Droid miniatures were added to the unit using the B1 Battle Droid Squad upgrade card, as the quoted effects of the card are granted even if all miniatures added by the upgrade card are defeated. Hope this helps, Seth
