For Leias 1 pip corrdinated bombardment. Is she able to target undeployed units?

Hello,

Undeployed units are beyond any distance and not in LOS of each enemy unit and each unit on the battlefield.

She cannot. While the weapon granted by the Coordinated Bombardment Command Card is infinite range, she must have LOS to an enemy unit to declare it as the defender of an attack, and she is not in LOS of undeployed units while on the battlefield.
