How much of Anakin's Command Cards are Permanent?

I've heard different ways on how the keyword "Permanent" is to be implemented, mainly in regards to Anakin's command cards.

Does the "Permanent" keyword only refer to the other bolded keywords, or does it apply to the whole command card?

Hey there, 

Unless otherwise stated, the Permanent effect applies to the entire card. Common examples of this are cards that have a horizontal line separating different effects, such as Darkness Descends. Anakin’s cards on the other hand don’t have such restrictions, and therefore the entire card stays in play (positive and negative effects).
