Orbital Strike and Cover

When a unit is using the Orbital Strike Command Card attack does the defending unit benefit from cover if there is cover, say a barricade between it and the attacker? Or does the strike come in from above and negate cover?

Hey there, 

Orbital Strike (and other cards like it) give a unit access to an attack “using that weapon”. Like other weapons, you use the attacking unit leaders line of sight and keywords while making the attack. Check for cover between the attacking unit leader and the defending unit as normal.
