Taun Taun ram with one move action

Can a taun taun unit make one full move action to get into base contact with an enemy unit and therefore trigger 'Ram' in the relentless attack? (Instead of, making a full move action first, then a second move action to get into base contact, which then gives them the melee attack with ram from relentless.)

 

For example, Taun tauns activate. First action, they take an aim action. Second action, they pivot to be able to make a full move action that puts them in base contact with an enemy unit. Then they attack the enemy unit with relentless, and are able to use the 'Ram' Keyword.

Hey there, 

Taun Tauns only have to make a single move at their max speed to activate Ram. Assuming they pivoted and were able to make a full speed 3 move, Ram would trigger.
