Tim H Posted July 23, 2022 Share Posted July 23, 2022 Yes "Dead to Rights" will still trigger when Cad Bane is attacking a ship in his Bullseye arc at range 0. While an attacker at range 0 "cannot reduce the number of defense dice you roll, cancel your results, or modify your results", they are able to prevent the defender from modifying their own defense dice.
