Klysmo Posted September 12, 2022 Share Posted September 12, 2022 While Nick Fury and the Howling Commandos are not on the battlefield due to Infiltration, can they be affected by and/or contribute to allied tactics cards such as gaining power from Advanced R&D or spending power on Helios Laser Bombardment? Does this occur in step 2, resolve player effects step, and if so are they considered at all when determining which player will have priority in the next turn based on who completed their activations first?
