While defending, if you spend a dodge token, you gain “surge : block”; if at least 1 hit or crit result was cancelled the attacker suffers 1 wound” 

Im not sure if i understund It correct. If i spend doge and aktivate DJem so surge = block and block result make deflect if is not eny surge on def  ? And Anakin can deflect only one wound or few ?

Djem so will give you surge: block for any defense dice that you may have to roll after removing one from your spent dodge token. 

When it comes to doing damage back to your opponent, it does not work the same as deflect. The attacker automatically suffers one wound if you spent a dodge token, and you do not do additional wounds if you roll surge results on defense (like you would with Deflect).
