Trick shot and multiple obstacles

Does trick shot add an attack die per obstacle in the attack arc - or only on die?

No, Trick Shot (Talent) allows the attacker to roll one additional attack die if the attack is obstructed. It does not matter how many obstacles are in the way, only one additional attack die is rolled.
