Can you gain a tractor without moving the turret, either by just ignoring the action or failing it? or is the ability basically only usable every 2nd turn using your bullseye arc because it falls under the paid cost? even though it doesnt feel like payment Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Kris M Posted December 13, 2022 Share Posted December 13, 2022 No, the cost of performing the rotate action is gaining the tractor token, and you cannot pay the cost without performing the rotate action.
