Culsandar
When your opponent plays Change of Plans, how does the timing resolve with your own card? Does your initial play get returned to hand before Contingency resolves? Can you use Contingency, and your new command card gets returned to hand? Is the old one still discarded? Can you Contingency the second card you play after the first gets bounced?
TalkPolite
Thanks for the clarification! When your opponent plays "Change of plans" you would then decide to use contingencies x. The new card would be replace your old card, and the old card would be discarded. Your opponent then decides to trigger the "Change of Plans" effect. "Change of Plans" indicates that it goes back to your hand, even though it came from your contingencies pile. You would pick a new card from your hand to play. Because "Change of Plans" returns both players to the phase where command cards are selected, you can use contingencies x to pick a new card when they are revealed again.
