Question with Closed Transports with SC

Hi there, i am looking for clarification in this particular instance. There is a Pyke Syndicate Capo in a closed transport aka A-A5 Speeder Truck when they activate, would they still be able to:

1) Since the unit still acquires green tokens, can it use the Aid keyword from acquiring the dodge from Independent:Dodge 1  being able to give this away to a friendly unit within range 1 of the A-A5 Speeder Truck.

2) Since the unit still performs performs its Rally step as normal, if it had the command upgrade Lead by Example, would it then still be able to use Inspire to a friendly unit within range 1-2 of the A-A5 Speeder Truck.

or would the Transport Closed keyword block both of these from happening

Yes, a unit that is transported can gain tokens as normal, including from effects such as the Independent keyword. However, note that the Aid keyword requires both range and LOS to the eligible friendly unit to be used, and LOS cannot be drawn to and from units transported by a vehicle with the Transport: Closed keyword.

Yes, you will measure Inspire range from the transport.
