Is skipping you perfom action step a cost that must be paid in order to take the red fo us action as a result of a bump into and enemy ship? Tim H Posted February 23, 2023 Share Posted February 23, 2023 Yes, The rules surrounding the red focus granted for exclusively overlapping enemy ships during a maneuver also apply for the maneuver performed as part of a SLAM action. Skipping the perform action step is a result of performing the red focus action or having to roll for damage for overlapping your own ships, it is not a cost paid to be able to perform the action so has no impact on whether the trigger can occur during a SLAM action maneuver.
